Miftahul Anwar currently is a Lecturer at Electrical Engineering Dept., Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Surakarta, Indonesia.He received his B.S. in Physics from University of Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia) in 2006. He obtained his M.S. and PhD from Electronic Device Dept., Shizuoka University, (Japan) on 2009 and 2012 respectively. His research interest includes Nano Device Technology
