Achievement Development Procedures

Elektro Hebat, Kita Bisa!!!

Student achievements are a vital asset in the development and progress of the study program. Active participation in positive and constructive activities must always be supported and encouraged. Therefore, the Electrical Engineering study program has established a framework for fostering and managing student achievements. The categories of activities that can be recognized as achievements are as follows.

  1. Awards
  2. Workshops/Seminars/Conferences/Expertise
  3. Organizations and Committees
  4. Community Service and Volunteering
  5. Laboratory and Practicum Assistants
  6. Others (Please specify the type of activity, which will be validated)

Students can initiate themselves or be delegated by the study program to participate in an achievement activity. Each student is required to seek guidance from their academic advisor or other lecturers. The diagram above can be explained with the following points.

  1. Information on competitions and activities that fall under the category of achievement activities will always be updated on the Elektro Berprestasi page on the Prodi Teknik Elektro website. In addition, students can also search for competition information themselves from external news sources, either through online media or posters and other means.
  2. Students can register for achievement activities on their own initiative, for example, registering for LKTIN, PKM, essay competitions, or other competitions. In addition, the study program can also delegate students, such as in the selection of Outstanding Students (Mapres), Lab Assistants, Practicum Assistants, or other activities. If funding is needed, students can apply for competition funding assistance to the Faculty of Engineering or the UNS Student and Alumni Bureau.
  3. After the achievement activity is completed, students MUST input their achievement data through the Google form page available on the electrical engineering website within a maximum of 6 (six) months after the activity is completed. If they do not input the data within the specified period, the achievement activity cannot be recognized as an achievement that will be recorded in the SKPI.
  4. The achievement data entered by students will serve as the basis for the program to provide recognition in the form of certificates, the publication of achievement news on the Electrical Engineering website, and the collection of data for printing on the Academic Transcript Supplement (SKPI).

With the framework described above, it is expected that all students will be motivated to make the best use of their time by participating in achievement-oriented activities.

Remember, youth comes only once, make those years TRULY MEANINGFUL!
