Profile:

Feri Adriyanto is a Lecturer at Electrical Engineering Dept., Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Surakarta, Indonesia. He received his B.S. in physics education from IKIP Negeri Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta, Indonesia) in 1994 and M.S in physics semiconductor from ITB Bandung (Bandung, Indonesia) in 1998. He obtained his PhD from Microelectronics from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan (Taiwan) in 2010 and also obtained his 30 ECTS PhD course in Microsystems and Nanotechnology from University of Oslo, Norway in 2013. His research interest includes microelectronics, thin film transistor, nanosensor, photovoltaics, solar cell technology.
