The TROFIS Team at WIBAWA 2025 Demo Day
At the WIBAWA 2025 Demo Day event, TROFIS presented a Smart Office System demo tool designed to support smart workspace facility management. This system integrates IoT devices with a web-based platform as a monitoring and management interface, allowing users to understand the concept of workspace digitization in a more practical and applicable way. TROFIS’ participation in this event served as a means to introduce its startup products to the academic community, visitors, and stakeholders in attendance.
TROFIS’ participation in the WIBAWA 2025 Demo Day also served as a platform to showcase the results of product development carried out through P2MW. Through product exhibitions and presentations, the TROFIS team had the opportunity to convey the concept, features, and potential applications of the Smart Office System in various business and community environments. In addition, interactions with visitors provided valuable feedback for future product evaluation and development.

During the Open Stage session, which is a product introduction session on the main stage, the TROFIS team, represented by Akbar (Team Leader) and Zaki (Member), explained that TROFIS is not limited to the application of technology for office environments. TROFIS already has customers from boarding house owners and hydroponic farmers, which shows that the solutions developed are able to adapt to the needs of the community. This confirms that TROFIS is a technology-based startup that focuses on solving real problems and providing a direct impact on the community.
In addition to being an innovation exhibition, WIBAWA 2025 Demo Day is also a strategic moment for students to hone their business communication and product presentation skills in front of the public. Through active involvement in this activity, the TROFIS team gained firsthand experience in conveying the value and advantages of their product to a diverse audience, including potential partners, business people, and academics. This experience is expected to improve the team’s readiness to face the challenges of developing a startup in the next stage. By participating in the WIBAWA 2025 Demo Day, TROFIS hopes to increase the visibility of its startup and expand its network with various parties. This activity is expected to be the first step for TROFIS to continue developing AIoT-based innovations that are relevant to user needs, while strengthening the role of students in technology development and innovation-based entrepreneurship.
